Terms of purchase
- The one-off at €29 has no expiry date: access lasts exactly as long as the balance does.
- The balance is shown as a percentage. 0% means the answers you paid for are used up — the conversation stays with you, new answers resume after the next purchase.
- Monthly and one-off are not credited against each other: buying one does not reduce the price of the other.
- The subscription can be stopped at any moment — write to support@studyroute.app. Access and whatever is left of the balance run to the end of the paid month, and nothing is charged after that.
- If we ever close the AI consultant down, the unused percentage of the balance goes back to the card it was paid from.
